S. Diane Clair Esq. - Attorney & Founder
Attorney S. Diane Clair is an Atlanta native that knows the metro area and its legal systems well. She has been practicing law for over 10 years and is an expert in Real Estate Law, Estate & Probate and Corporate law and structure. She received her Bachelors degree from Georgia State University in 2009 and her Juris Doctor degree from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2015. Diane Clair has court room and trial experience and is also great at negotiating resolutions outside the courtroom. She is admitted to practice law as a member of the Georgia Bar as well as the Georgia Court of Appeals, United States District Court of the Northern District of Georgia and United States District Court of the Middle District of Georgia. Attorney Clair is also a Professor in the Paralegal Program for Kennesaw State University. After work and on the weekends she enjoys spending time with her son, Miykael, cooking, and serving in her church Ariel Bowen United Methodist Church where she currently holds of the office of Administrative Board Chairperson.
Jaymia Benson - Paralegal
Jaymia Benson serves as a Litigation Paralegal and Case Manager with the firm. She assists with drafting legal documents, conducting research, and trial preparation. She hails from Dover, Delaware and is a proud graduate of her illustrious HBCU Delaware State University where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in the spring of 2023. Jaymia has aspirations of attending law school to pursue her dream career of becoming an attorney. Jaymia is also a professional photographer and does photography as an enjoyable hobby.
Courtnie Russell -Of-Counsel
Attorney Courtnie Russell is an Atlanta native. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida A&M University College of Law and her LLM in Tax law from The University of Baltimore. Courtnie Russell is licensed to practice law in the state of GA and serves as the firm's Of-Counsel, assisting in providing tax legal advice to business and estate planning clients, appearing for hearings and drafting pleadings and motions as well as estate planning documents and contracts. She has worked for several accounting firms in her career and has an expertise in International Tax Law and Compliance.
Niara Bell- Paralegal
Niara Bell is a dedicated paralegal at The Clair Firm, where she supports the firm’s real estate, estate planning, and contract law practices. With two years of legal experience, Niara has developed a well-rounded understanding of various areas of law, including family and civil litigation.
She earned her B.A. in Political Science from Georgia State University in 2021 and studied at John Marshall Atlanta Law School bringing a strong academic foundation to her legal work. Niara is passionate about the legal field and aspires to complete her Juris Doctor in the near future. In the meantime, she is focused on building practical, real-world experience to deepen her expertise and better serve clients.
Tiffany Robinson- Administrative Assistant
Tiffany Robinson hails from Richmond VA. She received her Bachelors degree in Biology/ Pre-Med but went on to become a licensed realtor, bringing a ton of real estate knowledge to the practice. She assist with client communications, client intake, billing and invoicing, as well as managing the firm's calendar, scheduling consultations as well as depositions and mediations. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her 3 daughters and their French Bull Dog.
Sarah Chagan- College Intern
Sarah Chagan is a Georgia native who will receive her Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies, with a concentration in Law & Society, this spring from Georgia State University.. She aims to gain professional experience in the legal field before pursuing her Juris Doctor degree. Sarah comes to the firm with a background in real estate and commercial enterprises which she plans to leverage to pursue a career in business and corporate law.
