S. Diane Clair Esq. - Attorney & Founder
Attorney S. Diane Clair is an Atlanta native that knows the city and metro counties very well. She received her Bachelors degree from Georgia State University and her Juris Doctor degree from Florida A&M University College of Law. Diane Clair has court room and trial experience and is also great at negotiating resolutions outside the courtroom. She is admitted to practice law as a member of the Georgia Bar as well as the Georgia Court of Appeals, United States District Court of the Northern District of Georgia and Middle District of Georgia. Attorney Clair is also a Professor in the Paralegal Program for Kennesaw State University.
Jaymia Benson - Paralegal
Jaymia Benson serves as one of the firms Paralegals. She assists with drafting legal documents, conducting research, and trial preparation. She hails from Dover, Delaware and is a proud graduate of her illustrious HBCU Delaware State University where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in the spring of 2023. Jaymia has aspirations of attending law school in the fall of 2024 to pursue her dream career of becoming an attorney.
Hannah Merritt - Legal Assistant
Hannah Merritt is currently positioned as the firm's Legal Assistant. She assists with client communication and intake while gaining real-world experience in a legal setting. Receiving her associate degree at the age of 17, her academic journey concluded in May. Culminating in the attainment of a Political Science bachelor's degree from Georgia State University, she hopes to pursue her dreams of attending law school in the fall of 2024.
Marion Crossfield - Law School Intern
Marion Crossfield is currently serving as one of the firm's summer legal interns. She assists with client intake and with drafting documents. She is a graduate of the University of North Georgia, and she is a rising second-year student at Mercer University School of Law. She hopes to pursue a career as an attorney here in Atlanta, specializing in business and contract law.
Sirui Shen - Law School Intern
Sirui Shen has joined us as a dynamic summer intern in Summer 2024. Some of her main duties include client communications and document preparation. Sirui is currently a second-year law student at Emory Law School, she hails from Canada and has a Chinese background, making her passionate about international transactional law. She studied East Asian Studies at University of Toronto for undergrads and had exchange experience to Japan and South Korea.
